I used it within two weeks, because I cook everyday. If you don't cook often, freeze half, it will still have it's nice flavor.

Just make sure your vegetables are not bitter and also don't add the parsley stems.

First of all, I use all organic vegetables, which mean they are not sprayed with chemicals. Second of all, When I come home from the store, I wash them before placing them in the refrigerator. What you are seeing is a second wash. My bad I should have mentioned that.

@@dorannette26 i think is so annoying when people come on cooking channels policing how many times people should wash their food... like mind your business. if people want to wash their stuff more they can, has no bearing on the recipe at all.
