I shake all my cocktails with juice like margaritas or tiki drinks for at least one minute until ice forms on the side of the shaker tin. I set a timer and look out the window and think happy thoughts about best results. I'm going to try a ramos this evening I got some ideas about making this drink a lot easier
I make mine with only a first shake with ice of 15 seconds and then a dry shake adding cream and milk of one minute. Then, 3 minutes in freezer and add the soda water. That´s it. There is no need to shake it longer than a minute.
