Nice mate and just in time as I have just had heat pump source heating fitted. I now want to cover the Rads . 👍👍👍 Nice job on the cover Mate. I like it because it's not as covered as some of them I have seen . Thank you for sharing and take care out there mate and be safe....👍👍👍👍😉😉😉😉

Great idea with the 6mm MDF tongues! Interesting mounting clips as well, I haven't seen them before.

People go on all the time about painting mdf edges, I use a sharp, fine tooth table saw blade then I literally just go ahead and paint them. I sand them a bit when they are dry and paint again.

Don’t you find the edges end up fluffy and looking completely different to the face surfaces?

@@AverageJoesJoinery I do but then I sand the painted surface a little then repaint and it looks great. You have to let the eggshell paint dry for a day or so though
