These look really yummy and I can't wait to try them! Btw you mentioned difficulty in cutting the nori seaweed sheets - best way to do that is by using scissors, they cut like a dream and you can easily get them as tiny as you want, or even shred as a garnish. 🐱

Oh, those look so yum!! Last time I went to order soy curls, they were out of stock. Fingers crossed that they are in stock because I want to make these for our July 4th potluck!🖤🖤

Thanks for the northern beans substitute. I’m pretty much burned out with garbanzo beans. Some of the other vegan channels emphasize keeping the aquafaba as an egg white substitute.

I make crab cakes regularly and use canned hearts of palm that’s shredded with great results. Have also used artichoke hearts with great results too.

They sound delicious, but why do the soy curls have to soak for 1 hour? They get soft pretty fast.
