I can’t wait to make these,they look so good! I have a ton of zucchini growing in my garden in NC right now. I absolutely love your channel. I have a fairly new plant based channel and I do a ton of research and consumption of plant based content and I can tell that your recipes are very original and well developed compared to some other channels. Will this work with Bob’s Red Mill "medium grind" cornmeal instead of “fine ground"? Also would raw potato starch be a good substitute for arrowroot? I’m excited to make these (yum!) and hoping the recipe will work with the ingredients I have on hand. Thank you so much for your wonderful recipes!❤

Yes, and yes. You can run the cornmeal in your blender to make it a little more fine otherwise the tortillas might be a bit gritty

Thank you very much :) I don’t know why I didn’t think of using the blender lol Letting the batter rest before cooking might also help so the chunkier cornmeal can absorb more moisture.

I can't use corn in here in Argentina because it's GM. I don't know what arrow ... is. But I'll improvise and use sth else. Maybe some other starch. I'll try the recipe anyway, it looks delicious.

Hi - Have you done a Strawberry pie with fresh strawberries? A relative used to make this recipe the traditional way, with a pie crust, and fresh strawberries and then a hot strawberry syrup to bring up the temp up, so it's a nice crunch with the hot sauce.
