On the streets of Hongkong, they sell Chung fan that has a long cylinder shape and they cut it shorter when they serve it. They put a mixture of sauce and sprinkle it with sesame seeds on top. It taste so good but I couldn’t find any recipes here on RU-vid, they only have this dim-sum cheung fan.
@railbuggy Yes, they are called Chee Cheung Fun ( literally translated it means 'pig’s intestine-shaped rolls’). We have such fond memories of eating them whilst growing up too. I'll try and share the recipe in the future, so please stay tuned 😋👍

@@ricebowltales Hi Guys, I used this recipe! :) I used brown rice for flour and chicken /[prl Broth, it worked like a charm, much healthier with the brown rice flour! :).
