・ Stretch it to 40 cm, fold it in three, change the angle, stretch it to about 40 cm and cut off the ends and divide it into 6 equal parts.
・Cut 4 pieces vertically and put them in a greased muffin tin.
・Secondary fermentation in a warm place of about 35℃/95℉ until doubled in size
- Brush with egg to finish, top with roasted nuts if desired, and bake at 200℃/392℉ for 15 minutes.
