● Ingredients for 6 pieces
250g Bread flour
1 teaspoon of dry yeast
25g of sugar
4g of salt
140-150ml lukewarm water
20 g of olive oil
70g Walnuts

Primary fermentation: Until doubled (roughly 1 hour at 30℃/86℉)
Divided into 6 equal parts and bench time (break) for about 15 minutes

Secondary fermentation until slightly larger (40-50 minutes at 35℃/95℉)
Finishing & baking Sprinkle a thin layer of flour and bake with steam at 210℃/410℉ for 10-12 minutes.

●Ingredients
300 g of pumpkin (1/3 to 1/4 large)
100g onion
20g butter
1 tsp wheat flour
About 300ml of water
200ml milk
Appropriate amount of salt
● How to make
・Peel the pumpkin and cut it so that it can easily be cooked.
・Slice the onions
・Heat the pan, add butter and fry the onions until golden brown.
・Add flour and fry for another 1-2 minutes
・Add pumpkin and enough water to submerge it
(Adding too much water will result in a watery soup.)
・When the pumpkin is cooked, add milk and heat it up (do not boil it)
・Make it smooth with a food processor and adjust the taste with salt.
