INGREDIENTS :
(all ingredients must be gluten-free and suitable)
380 ml of warm water (from it we are going to get the 6 tablespoons for the flaxseed egg)
preparation: (2 tablespoons of ground flax + 6 tablespoons of water)
➡️To activate yeast
Some water 1/2 tablespoon of honey or sugar 2 teaspoons of instant yeast for bread (5 or 6 gr)
➡️ remaining ingredients:
1 cup (210gr )of rice flour
14 tbsp (150 gr )of cornstarch
8 tbsp (80 gr )Potato or cassava starch
1 teaspoon of psyllium husk (6 gr)
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil + a little to grease the pan
➡️Notes of interest
You can substitute the rice flour for buckwheat.
Dry yeast can be substituted for fresh serious 18 gr
