Made this 2 times already! It's amazing! Can't wait to serve my mom a plate! I skipped the ginger since I'm not a huge fan of that flavor, but I kept everything else and omg it's awesome! Thank you so much!!

Thanks for the recipe. Couple of changes I'm gonna implement. Unless ya want burnt garlic (no shade if ya do lol), wait to put it in just before you add the sauce. Also, if ya like, brown your meat by cooking it longer. Cooking it to that point you're poaching it more than browning.

Just tried it. Managed to put the sugar into the marinade instead of the sauce but it all worked out in the end. Albeit mine was much wetter, which i think was because i defrosted the 'ground beef'. Tasted good though.
