German potato is really delicious 🥔🇩🇪
Add a little mayonnaise to the finish to enhance the flavor.
◎ Ingredients
・Potato: 250~300g
・Sausage: about 70g
・Garlic: 1
・Consomme: a little over 1 tsp
・Mayonnaise: 1 tsp
・Black pepper: a pinch
・Parsley: optional
◎ Directions
1. Cut potatoes into about 8mm thick slices and cut the sausages on the bias and slice the garlic.
2. Put some olive oil in a frying pan, line the potatoes, and cook on both sides over medium heat and transfer to a plate.
3. Add a little olive oil and stir-fry the garlic and sausages over low heat
4. When the color comes out, add potatoes, consommé and black pepper and mix them quickly.
Turn off the heat, add some mayonnaise and parsley and mix them.
