To Soak Soya chunks
Soya Chunks - 1 Cup
Hot Water
Salt - 1/2 Tsp
To make pulao
Basmati Rice - 1 &1/2 Cup
Ghee - 2 -3 Tsp
Cinnamon, - 1inch piece
Black pepper - 4-5
Star Anas -1
Clove - 3-4
Green Cardamom -2
Big Cardamom -1
Bay Leaf -1
Onion - 2 medium size Chopped
Green Chili - 2-3 slit in between
Ginger & Garlic - 1 Tsp(crushed or paste)
Chili Powder - 1 Tsp(optional)
Garam Masala - 1 Tsp
Mint Leaves
Coriander Leaves
Salt
Water - 2& 3/4 Cups
