One thing my guy did that had me thinking about him all day long are his jokes. On one visit to my home I had warmed him it was icy outside- he told me no it’s fine. We were walking..... I was walking more slowly & cautiously but he raced ahead poking fun at me for walking ‘like an old grandma”. I paid him no mind I looked down @ my feet & kept walking slowly so I don’t slip by accident. I looked up ahead after a few seconds & there he was sprawled out on the sidewalk- literally his whole body spread eagle not moving waiting for me to help him up except I couldn’t because I was laughing so hard. his sense of humor always made him stand out & made me think of him constantly
I love #2, it's basically having gratitude for your man, and I think that's essential in relationships. Yes, gratitude for when he buys you dinner at a restaurant, or when he cleans the bathroom or mows the yard. But I love how Matt describes it in the video, like taking gratitude a step further in a given moment by letting a man know you're grateful for his presence in your life. Sometimes (maybe esp. in long term relationships, and for those of us who've struggled to overcome our own insecurities) it can be easy to forget that a man is with you because he chooses to be. He wakes up with me at 3:30 am in the morning Monday-Friday. He made me Coffee and spend the morning with me talking before I leave for work at 5:00 am. He made sure that I have my keys and lunch for the day. He kissed me goodbye and he goes back to bed that is Precious moments ❤❤❤

A lot of relationship advice tends to be manipulative, like “if they don’t like you, you can make them like you”, but I’ve found that that is so toxic, and yet, all of your advice allows us women to respect ourselves when looking for love and I really admire that. I would love some advice on how to become more attractive as someone who’s never dated because I didn’t grow up with a lot of good examples in my life. Anyways, keep it up!
One major thing that makes a lady attractive is when she genuinely be herself and carry herself with a great sense of worth and value. Also, Women who are expressive, tender, express their feminine sparks and pose positive vibes are always attractive. Be more free and less rigid to expressing your emotions such as happiness or joy - it can look childish sometimes but it makes you attractive ❤️

Hi Mat, I quite appreciate your insights! I recognize that some of this advice may often cater to women relating with men whose predominant love language is words of affirmation. The man I am seeing seems to have a predominant love language of acts of service, and is less receptive to when I offer words of affirmation, sometimes even deflective of it. I would love to hear you speak to relating with men who have strengths in giving/receiving in the varying love languages; how to spot what that is for them, how to be appreciative of what they give though speaking a different language, how to offer love in their language. And as a bonus perhaps; how to communicate our language lovingly in the early stages of dating in an inspiring way. The more unique they are to him, the better! People, just want to be seen -- and most people see the big things about you. It's the secret, hidden things that truly set one apart! Find those things about him, and point them out - it doesn't even have to be a compliment - just pointing out that you noticed something, and you really like what you saw. My dad could never take a compliment because he was so modest. But, if it delivered in a conversational tone, and not a 'praising-tone' - and you keep moving with the conversation, and not dwell on the compliment -- even if they try to deflect it, they HAVE received it!

Well, he does amazing things to me that makes me enjoy thinking about him. He sometimes looks at me intensely. He recently started to encourage me to explore my sensuality through poetry and music. He'll praise me! I don't feel pressured in that he'll stop praising me. He's so alive! He's warm. He's a great catch and I want to catch him, if he'll let me. He does dedicate quality time to me. That’s great information because whenever a potential man found out how good I am at construction jobs such as plumbing,electrical,laying tile etc it always seemed to intimidate them in a negative way. Most times I would dummy down my skills not to be overpowering

My profession is VERY static. I work from home on the computer all day long, I am intellectually extremelly sollicited and often times, my brains are exhausted from so many hours of hardcore concentration, my body almost petrified from sitting so long. So, when a man invites me out to DO something, I DO make time. NOT for him, but for ME. If a man decides to believe that it means I have poor boundaries... he just doesn't get what my life/profession is about.

I don’t diet, I tweak my diet by eating right for my bloodtype. Plenty of water, more veggies, less carbs especially bad carbs. Desserts on weekends or special occasions. Exercising 5 days a week. Gluten sensitive, I avoid those foods as much as possible. I am losing weight by listening to my body. It tells me what it does not want. Oh and dairy. Less is best or none at all.

What really works with me is when a guy lets me know he likes me. Two days later I find myself thinking about him all day long.
