1 can condense milk
5 cup heavy cream
1/2 Tsp cinnamon powder/optional
1/2 Tsp nutmeg/optional

You made this recipe look so very delicious. I am excited to make this recipe once I shop for rum and raisins tomorrow. II will soak my raisins for 2 - 4 weeks. From that point I will keep raisins at the ready. Once I actually make make the ice cream, I will post an update. My mouth is watering.

I'm wondering can I substitute the condensed milk with cream if coconut. I mistakenly bought some for my beans and rice and tried 2 tbsp in it and it came out very flavorful

Can I make strawberry ice cream the same way? Just replace raisins with strawberry, will it be the same

Yes definitely you can make it the same way add whatever you prefer the heavy cream and the condensed milk it what make the ice cream so therefore you can add anything you like. For example if your making vanilla ice cream just add vanilla only, hope that’s help👌🏾
