Love your recipes. I have one very friendly suggestion for you. Please can you look into health benefits of not using plastic containers for warming up stuff in microwave and use glass instead 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Yummy, now I have a way of using my homegrown Acron Squash. I checked for a sub for Kabocha Squash, and Acorn Squash is one of them.

Thank you for the recipe! I always see japanese recipes using kabocha. Is it because kabocha is the most accessible one or because the recipe only works with kabocha?

Because kabocha is the only squash widely available here.
