Ah! I can’t wait to find some kabocha this Fall! My favorite way to eat it is sliced thin and lightly tempura’d. You’ve become my go-to person for real Japanese cooking, like my mother used to make. She passed way 2 years ago. Thank goodness for the internet! And thank you so much!!!

When you work all day long and need to prepare a real meal, microwave is a blessing. You can put the food to cook inside and wash your clothes, clean the bedrom, with no worries of burning the food! I loved the recipes! Thanks for the recipes!
