Delicious turmeric recipe...thank you! Once cooled, I added a little miso paste and gochujang (paste) for a slight smokey / spicy / unami flavor.

I love Korean all type of pickled white radish and very often made. But can I ask you that why you did not soak radish with salt first before put vinegar to it? Thanks from Singapore 🇸🇬 😊

Hi! How much is a large korean radish?. 1 pound ?. How many cups?. I have only 200gr haha korean radish ,because in my city they are small :( :(

Sorry what's danmuji?Is that the korean term for raddish? Was it bitter for all 3 types? Sometimes it gets bitter if you add a lot of turmeric for the yellow one. Also make sure that the raddish is fresh.😊
