I have always loved ordering zucchini pancakes at Korean BBQ restaurants. I love how perfectly zucchini pancakes pair with marinated meats, like bulgogi (sliced beef ribeye) or kalbi (beef short ribs). But I’ve noticed that most restaurants around me only serve seafood pancakes, so I’m sharing my zucchini pancake recipe with all of you! It’s crispy and flavorful.
