Frequent Question & Answer: The fabric that I used to strain the cheese in this video was a regular white cotton fabric. You can use a cheese cloth, or even a tea towel will do just fine. Mascarpone is one of the important and must have ingredient when comes to making a good quality cake frosting. In some countries, especially Asia it can be expensive. Here is a mascarpone recipe you can make at home, using just 2 ingredients. It’s not expensive at Sam’s Club. It’s less than $4 per quart.

The reason why mascarpone is expensive is also because it is made of whipped cream and not milk💁🏼‍♀️ whipped cream is also "okay" expensive here in Denmark

@@Synday in California a small container of 8oz is $5.00 Obviously you need at least 4 of those containers to make a decent size dessert lol so that’s when it gets pricey

Nice consistentie, Price in Holland for good quality is euro 2,70 for 250gram Whipping cream euro 2,00 for 500ml So it will be cheaper. Thank you 👍
