Hi there! It's Pam here and in this video, you're going to see how to make Pandan ginger tea at home easily. It's refreshing and healthy.
Thai style, we love adding Pandan leaves which give the cool taste and very lovely fragrance to balance the hot taste from the ginger.
If you've been to Thailand, you might be familair with this drink as a welcome drink from hotels or post massage drink from spa.
We're going to need:
- 500g Ginger
- 3Liters Water
- 9-10 Pandan Leaves
- 200g Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
** If you like the strong ginger flavor, pick old ginger over the young ginger. If you're new to ginger drink, you can start off with 250g or 2/3 part of the amount written.
** Sugar is optional. You can totally leave it out or add honey, stevia, sweetener of your choice later as you like.
