For those who never had this. The Flavors are Savory, Tangy, Spicy, Salty, with the Perfect amount of Sweetness. Jammed packed with a Crunch from the Raw Green Papaya Strands. Perfect as a Snack or Appetizers. Very Refreshing!

Recipe:
Desired amount of Chili Peppers
1 Garlic Clove
1/4 Tsp of Shrimp Paste
2 Cubes of Palm Sugar
1 Cup Slice Tomatoes
1 Tsp of Msg (optional)
2 Tbs of Sugar
2 Tbs of Lime
1/3 of a Cup of Fish Sauce
1 Tbs of Tamarind Paste
3 Tbs of Fermented Fish Sauce
4 Cups of Shredded Papaya Strands
Instructions 📝
1. Rinse Raw Green Papaya. Wipe Dry.
2. Peel off Skin.
3. Shred Papaya into Strands.
With a Peeler (Amateur)
Chop Pierce with Knife (Pro, Traditional Way).
4. Smash (into a paste) Garlic Cloves, Palm Sugar, Tomatoes, Crab Paste, Shrimp Paste and Desired Amount of Chili Peppers 🌶️🔥.
1-2 (Beginner)
3-5 (Nice!)
6-9 (We are Friends)
10-15 (We are BFF’s)
15-30 (A Day in a the Bathroom for Detoxing).
5. Add Fish Sauce, MSG, Sugar, and Limes. Combine and Mix Well.
6. Add Papaya Strands. Mix Well. Adjust to your Likings. Enjoy!
