▼8 pieces of pumpkin Anpan buns
Ingredients for bread dough
200g bread flour
1 teaspoon dry yeast
15g of sugar
3g of salt
30g whole egg
100g mashed pumpkin
10g unsalted butter
65-85ml of lukewarm milk
▼Ingredients for pumpkin paste
200g White bean paste
100g mashed pumpkin
20g of sugar
A little bit of cinnamon
● How to make memo
Primary fermentation: about 1 hour at 30℃/86℉ until doubled
15 minutes pause, then divided into 8
The molding is re-rolled and cut with scissors in 8 places (see the video)
Secondary fermentation should be done at 35℃/95℉ for 40-50 minutes.
Sprinkle with flour to finish, decorate with pumpkin seeds, and bake at 190°C/374℉ for 12-14 minutes.
