Today i'm gonna show you how to make quick & easy candy, caramel & chocolate apples at home! Perfect for fall/autumn, halloween or bonfire night!
Recipe :
Caramel apples -
7 ounces brown sugar
120ml corn syrup / golden syrup
2 & 1/2 tablespoons butter
180ml double cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
a pinch of salt
Cook between 235f / 240f or (112c /115C)
Candy/Toffee apples -
7 ounces white sugar
170ml water
Red food colouring
Cook to 300f or (150c)
Chocolate apples -
2 ounces chocolate per apple you intend to dip
