In todays video i show you my simple recipes for how to make quick & easy Halloween cookies & cupcakes! Decorated & delicious, perfect for a last minute spooky sweet treat!
Recipe :
Quick & easy Halloween shortbread cookies -
7 ounces plain flour
3 ounces white sugar
4 ounces butter
Icing -
5 tablespoons icing / powdered sugar
1 - 2 teaspoons of water or milk
Cooking temperature - 160c / 320f
for 20 minutes

Quick & easy Halloween Vanilla cupcakes (serves 12) -
4 ounces butter or margarine
4 ounces white sugar
2 medium eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon oil
4 & 1/2 ounces self raising flour
A pinch of salt
1/2 teaspoon corn flour / corn starch
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 ounce buttermilk or milk
For chocolate cupcakes, to half the cake batter add :
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 ounce melted dark chocolate
1 ounce of roughly choppped dark chocolate
(Or double amounts for a full batch of 12 chocolate cupcakes)
Cooking temperature - 170c / 340f
for 20 minutes
Buttercream -
4 tablespoons butter
8 tablespoons icing / powdered sugar
1 teaspoon milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
