In this video, we show you How To Make Roasted Red Pepper Hummus At Home. This is an Easy Hummus recipe and one that is packed full of flavour. This Homemade Hummus contains the added flavour of roasted red peppers which takes the Hummus to another level of deliciousness.
To make the Roasted Red Pepper Hummus at Home, you will need:
1/3 cup tahini
1 tin of chickpeas
4 tbs chickpea can water
2 tbs olive oil
2-3 garlic cloves
juice of 1 whole lemon
salt to taste
1 tsp cumin seeds (or powder)
2 roasted red peppers (we used the jar form but you can roast your own red peppers too)
Garnished with olive oil, chili flakes, paprika and freshly chopped parsley (not coriander as the video indicates - sorry!)
