[Ingredient]
-All purpose flour 300g
-Instant dry yeast 6g
-Salt 6g
-Sugar 30g
-1 egg
-Warm milk 150~170ml
-Unsalted butter 30g
-Shred Cheddar cheese 80~100g
*Cheese Filling
-Fresh Mozzarella 150~200g (or Mozzarella)
-Some ground pepper
-1tsp of dried parsley
*Garlic butter
-Melted unsalted butter 30g
-1tsp garlic powder (or 1/2tbsp minced garlic)
-1/2tbsp of dried parsley
-2 pinch of salt
[How to make]
1. Mix flour, yeast, salt, sugar, milk, and an egg evenly in a bowl.
2. Put butter, knead it with your hands and beat until the dough is elastic.
3. Ferment it for 60~80 minutes at room temperature.
4. Divide the dough into 12 pieces, spread each out with your hands and cover the seasoned cheese with dough.
5. Place the dough on a pan and ferment it for 30~40 minutes.
6. Spread garlic butter on the dough after fermentation and put cheddar cheese on.
7. Bake it for 15~20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.
