How to make Sweet Potato Tart
◎ Ingredients ◎ 20cm tart type 
◎ Tart dough ◎
Soft flour 120g
Butter 50g
Granulated sugar 50g
1 egg yolk
1/2 teaspoon salt
◎Sweet potato cream◎ 
Sweet potato 400g
Butter 40g
Granulated sugar 40g
Fresh cream 30cc
1 egg yolk
Appropriate amount of rum
Appropriate amount of butter
Appropriate amount of dusting powder
Appropriate amount of black sesame seeds
Egg yolk (for painting eggs) 1 piece
~how to make~
1 Add butter, granulated sugar, and salt that have been returned to room temperature and mix until creamy.
2 Add the beaten egg yolk to 1 in 2 or 3 portions and mix well.
3 Add the sifted cake flour to 2 and make a lump
4 Wrap and rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour
5 Peel the sweet potato, cut into round slices and soak in water
6 Boil sweet potato until soft and drain
7 Put the sweet potato in a bowl while straining, add the butter and granulated sugar while it is warm and mix, then add all the remaining ingredients for the sweet potato cream and mix.
8 Apply butter to the tart mold and apply cake flour
9 Stretch the rested tart dough with a cotton swab larger than the tart mold.
10 Spread the tart dough on the tart mold, remove the excess part, make a hole with a fork and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
~Preheat the oven at 180℃~
11 Spread an oven sheet on the tart dough, cover it with tart stones, and bake in an oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
12 Spread sweet potatoes on the baked tart dough, brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with black sesame.
Bake in an oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes and it's done.

*If you don't knead the tart dough too much, it will be crispy.
*Because the tart dough is a little stiff, it may fall apart when you put it in the mold.
*If you don't have a tart stone, you can use rice or adzuki beans instead.

コメント失礼致します!こちらのレシピを参考にさせて頂き、作ってみようと思うのですが15cmの型の場合、分量はどうしたらよいでしょうか...??

コメントありがとうございます!15cmの型で作ったことがないので分量がわからないです。。ごめんなさい😢ただタルト生地で余った分はクッキーとして一緒に焼く事ができますし、スイートポテトクリームの方もスイートポテトとして食べる事ができますよ!(ラム酒が入ってるので焼いたほうが良いかもです)あとは焼く時に加減して焼いたほうがいいかも知れません。参考になれば嬉しいです。長々と失礼しました😓
