Bro tip: A little xanthan gum will also make it even thicker, and if you freeze it for an hour or two before eating, then it really tastes like ice cream..
i discovered you on instagram and have no regrets BY FAR my favorite fitness human being on social media i actually learn things and you actually have a sense of humor💀
Thanks, man! This is one of my favorite protein ice cream recipes. I found your video couple months ago and I have made it many times. I haven’t had Oreos, so I actually blend up 1 Graham cracker sheet in it, and I crumble up 1 Graham cracker and put it on top. I call it “Chocolate Bananagraham.” Your recipe has been a part of my fitness transformation. Making strength gains, endurance gains, and I’ve lost over 30 pounds since the beginning of the year
this is so funny i was literally thinking about what to use as a replacement and then i thought about graham crackers and proceed to see your comment almost immediately after
Vanilla protein powder, vanilla extract, frozen strawberries, a few tablespoons of cottage cheese, small amount of liquid, pinch of salt= my version, so good, but haven’t figured a good way to do chocolate that way
For extra sweetness I highly recommend using glycine instead of any other artificial sweetener, it’s actually very beneficial for your body that you’re probably low in, doesn’t mess with your body like artificial garbage, and helps you sleep very well
Randomly stumbled upon you and no regrets. This recipe looks ausome man! Will definitely be using this someday. You earned yourself a new sub, keep it up!
I use a little more berries assortment but i swear this is actually what i eat every single day and can't live without. Just without oreos and with chocolate vegan protein powder Thankyou. I can't live without this combination. Ive been doing this for a year now. Ive lost 50 pounds so far
Bro ngl I just made this rn and let me say this is a banger recipe! I just started trying to get my dream body and having this as a dessert hits friggin home! 🔥
This man is about to burn out the motor on his blender cutting it on and off that fast. Definitely looks like a useful hack to avoid late night sweets. Good video dude.
Hey mate. Just want to say a big thank you, found your videos very informative. I'm learning more and more about dieting and nutrition. And have used a few of your guides so far to make things for myself, and have made a few changes to make my meals less calories. And more protein. This has helped me significantly with my gyming and my physique.
Thanks bro this is def gonna help me get through life easier lol, also if you see this, I am 13 and I am trying to build a good physique but I play basketball so I’m not gonna put on like a ton of muscle but if you could make a video on some good workouts for me that would be great. They can be body weight, lifting, etc.
This is more for cutting so he’s using almond milk and such but if you want to gain ID recommended putting like at least a cup or so of whole milk and some mass gainer powder, protein powder and the banana, yogurt and other stuff can stay just depends how you like it and what else you wanna put atp
Great recipe bro, been looking for good healthy snacks and when I found your channel you saved me. Keep it up Edit: after a couple bits i got a brain freeze, but still good
Watch your videos all the time, so educational on protein shakes, snacks. List your ingredients slower so we can see them better. Can you fo a vanilla ice cream treat, you can dress up vanilla with anything. Ty. ❤😊
I got an ice cream maker machine. Hated most tries and always wanted to make something that was diabetic safe and FAST and this looks like a winner. Monk Fruit sugar, cocoa, I would use whole milk and extra creamy oat milk (this combo is really good together) some peppermint powder and a little vanilla extract and my vanilla protein powder and I should be good to go. Thanks for the tips and what can I say... shake shake shake, shake shake shake, shake that body, shake that body baby! LOL
@@quentinbarker7534 That makes sense if you study biology enough. People who either have genetically high testosterone, or are on PEDs show signs of high energy, focus, aggression etc. And they also have high Non Activity Exercise Thermo-genisis (NEAT). That's why people subconsciously move more, and are very jittery. Hence, speak when you know stuff. P.S- i never abused him of steroid use, he might just have naturally high testosterone, but we never know.
@@amankumar-fr7no What do you mean when you said people subconsciously move more and are jittery, I want to clarify this for myself. Can you please elaborate
The music at the beginning is epic. So this looks incredible and will definitely try. I have a stick blender this may work a bit better. You can always use a f ood processor too.
Btw if you don’t want to have to shake the cup to mix it up than do the recipe in reverse if you have the type of blender that you flip upside down (the same type he has), and put in the ingredients in the order he does if you have a normal blender
This came out to 362 calories for me and I didn't add the cacao or the oreo's, which resulted in it tasting very....questionable. Still, for 362 calories I think there's better options.
My guy LOL love your video. It made my day. The best part "shake shake! You just gotta keep shaking, till it reaches the blade! Shake shake" Ahhhh hilarious. Great protein ice cream vid.
Nowadays I just tend to watch videos without too much of an interest but I have to say that I really liked this video. Like it is a really good, entertaining video and you won a subscriber.
This is awesome! I make a similar version breakfast shake every morning but with just more milk. Are you using a vanilla flavored protein powder or unflavored??
I made it but I didn’t put in the frozen banana. And instead opted for frozen berries. This did not help at all and because I was using the big blender it went completely wrong even though it tasted good I could feel the ice chunks and it was ice cold yet not super thick. I put it in the fridge and plan to eat it in the morning tomorrow after freezing it for an hour.
