This video I explain how to tweak the caramel corn mix known as Glazepop and to make it work to your advantage. Thanks to some of the feedback from my previous videos I took y'alls advice and made a better batch and so far this year I have gotten no burned pieces or returned. It still has a bit of an after taste, and is a little bit less sweeter. But a lot of my customers like this caramel corn and I sell it for $6 for small or $8 for medium.

Can your sugar get stale if you dont use it fast enough?

The best thing to do is if you aren't gonna use it all is to store it in food safe containers. Mine stays fresh for a while sugar should never go bad. Once in a while if it's not kept safe in a safe area it might get bugs. But that's why you seal it up you should be fine.

My plan is to have a graphic designer this year help me and I want to go back to school. But I love this business and being my own boss. I don't want to just sit here and do nothing but collect disability.

@@DanielSchmidt94521 We use poly bags Too. They have several different sizes and dimensions. For example, we use 8" X 18" (our regular). 8" x 24" (our super bag), and 10" x 36" (our big daddy).

@@bryanpearce4440 yeah. Nice and they deliver fast. If it ain't broke why fix it? Their bags are also very easy to bag. I went with 4 Star plastics. During Covid they were behind 5 weeks. And their bags were fine but they stuck together it took me twice as long to bag.

Yes. Getting to learn video editing and starting from scratch. I have other videos where it's clearer. I have a graphic designer now and record my voice over the video. I didn't know this til after recording the videos.
