These look so delicious I will have to give them a try. I first had jerk meatballs from this Jamaican restaurant in Delray Beach called Bamboo Fire Cafe. They were moist and delicious but didn't have sauce - didn't need it. Can you tell me which brand gloves you are wearing bc there are so many to choose from on Amazon. I would rather just go with one that a chef prefers. Thanks so much!!
OK, since this is the umpteenth time I’ve seen you use Boursin, I will share with you the easiest butternut squash soup ever. Cook butternut squash anywhere you like, microwave it, bake it, anything. Put it into a blender with the Boursin cheese, some nice quality chicken broth, and a little touch of curry powder. Taste for salt and you’re done.

I tried this tonight. Probably one of the best meatballs I have ever had. The sauce I could give or take. The flavor and moistness of the meatball stole the show. Good call on the BBQ sauce as well. Found it at my local Walmart.

Question: Can you take some of the sauce, once its cool, and fold that into the ground meat as well before refrigerating? I would think that would give you the Jerk flavor through and through.

Your recipes are outstanding. Even though I haven't tried any yet, I can just tell by the rich ingredients that they are. I lost weight last year and trying to keep it off plus need to lose the last 10 lbs. I am going to try this recipe only because its protein, will have to make a couple of your other ones.
