How to make traditional Finnish Blueberry Pie with pulla base -Mustikkapiirakka pullapohjalla recipe 

There is always room for a blueberry pie!
Here perhaps the most traditional of Finnish Blueberry pies. The one with pulla base.🥰
Make first blueberry kissel (kiisseli)
1 1/2 cups blueberries (you can put 2 cups if you have that much, I had only 250 g)
1 cup water
5 tablespoons sugar (you can put 6 if you like sweeter)
1/4 cup water, cold
1/3 cup cornstarch.
After preparing, cool it down, in a fridge for example, before adding it on top of pulla.
Unfortunately corn starch is not the same as potato starch, so this kissel is not strechy like in Finland.
