1) you need to be mentally healthy. Take care of your health with clean food and fruits. Don't consume energy vampires like alcohol etc Take vitamins and supplements to satisfy your nutrient needs. 2) balance your hormones. When scrolling through phone you're absorbing so much energy from a lot of people then you become a zombie lol. So try to get off your phone and maybe go and stand in the grass and imagine you're grounding yourself on the earth. 3) meditation. No one has a silent mind and that's okay but try to practice meditation and take refuge from the monkey mind. 4) protect your energy "Don't waste your time chasing butterflies. I remember there was this girl in my class and idk why but she h@ted me from day 01 for no reason at all. I tried my best to have a friendship with her or at least no conflict/fights with her but she actively tried to put people against me to the point that there was an entire group h@ting me for no reason and one day my Friend asked her "why do you h@te (my name) so much?" And she said "idk I just do... She's weird" and till this day idk what was her problem? Was it my energy that was bad or draining her? Or were we just not meant to be ? Idk let me know what y'all think😭
I think if the problem was your energy it would be only her hating on you. But since she’s actively trying to put people against you then she’s most likely jealous of you. If someone doesn’t like you or you aren’t their vibe they just wouldn’t interact with you. Putting people against you is jealous behaviour
