You can't want revenge and not care at the same time. Just love and forgive them and walk away and move on. Don't be fake about it. If the person discarded you over petty reasons or they make excuses for why they cheated or checked out then they don't deserve your time attention or validation much less your love. Just remind yourself how bad they treated you or how badly they betrayed you and eventually you will realize that its not meant to be and that it was fun while it lasted but now its time for newer better things.

@@nufffalready8266 No, we were very much opposites. He loved cheese, I hate cheese. He hates nuts on ice cream, I love nuts on ice cream. Even our SAT scores were the same, just flipped. He got the same score on the math portion that I got on the English portion, and vice versa. Haha. But even though we were complete opposites, our differences complemented each other. Like I just would just give him my cheese (that was actually the first words he ever said to me, asking if he could have my cheese if I wasn't going to eat it? haha). I agree, typically people tend to be attracted to what they're used to, even if subconsciously. But for me, I didn't want someone like my father, who had been terrible to my mother. My ex came from a very stable family. Me, I came from like white trash. But I come across as a lady.

whenever i feel the heaviness in my heart, i watch your videos. Right now, i dont care if my ex will come back. i just dont want to start my day gloomy. he blocked me for days now. but now i understand everything he said to me to wait for him when he reaches out without me forcing the relationship. A lot of what he said to me when i was too anxious to lose him is what i fully understand from coach lee. This breakup 'broke' something in me... But it made me become strong and get self respect, and to recognise my self worth. Once I started doing that, something shifted energetically - and while I was organically enjoying my own company , my ex is noticing that. As hard as it is to do this, if you can ignore them, act like that don’t exist, it will eventually work wonders. Don’t stress about her moving on and forgetting you, she won’t. Scarcity creates value and mystery. When her rebound(s) fail, she will grow curious about you. You have to forget her though. Find a way to do this. In a year, she’ll either chase you or you’ll have met someone better. It’s win/win.

Such great advice man. I like that you understand that we are really in love and give advice on how not to cause more damage and burn bridges. I have fully decided that I want her back and I’ve wanted to grow with her for so long before she broke it off. A lot of other advice out there involves causing the breaker pain. I've been doing this and am still in pain. I'm trying so hard to not think about her when I'm with my friends or family. I'll be week or more into no contact and she'll always call. We met up recently and told me that she still has feelings and the friend zone is taking affect ob her. When ever we talk or meet I don't treat her like a friend. I flirt be goofy and make her laugh. Thanks Coach Lee, I now have her entire playbook. Don't worry though, I suffered for a few weeks before finding these videos. So the intended effect of no contact she hoped would happen, did happen. I do actually plan on asking her if we can try again now. That being said, I'm going to let it go for another few weeks. I appreciate that she put herself through something this difficult for the sake of what we had, and I want her to believe her victory was completely genuine for her own sake. I left him due to us being toxic, after 1 month of us breaking up, he already started dating someone..i couldn't believe it. I was hurt. Started chasing him. Did everything wrong. It the beginning, I left. I felt so strong. Month later, I went talked to him. Tell him, I'm sorry. He said proudly. Yes, I'm dating. I don't play the jealousy game. Like the Coach said, it's not nice on the "rebound" person. But mainly because you bringing someone else in quickly only makes you come across as fickle. I also don't play those love triangles. You either want to be with me, or you don't. None of this wishy-washiness. I will make up your mind for you and leave. I'm not the jealous type either. Funnily, guys get upset that I don't get jealous. You would think guys would like not having to deal with that craziness. They think it means I don't care about them. Why don't I get jealous? Coach Lee you have helped me beyond words. I have literally been listening to your videos almost non stop for days. The thing is you unlike some others genuinely seem to care. You also explain the reason behind your beliefs which alot of the other coaches don't. I have been led off and on since the breakup with her denying her and the guy are seeing each other and are just friends. I have told her I am out. I gave gone into no contact. I know from experience of being the dumper how right Coach Lee is about the mindset of the dumper. Yes, one of my exes went out that very night to a dance in search of someone else. Two of my friends told me they saw him there. One said he looked crushed. I know that I hurt him, and while I acknowledge my guilt in that, I also see that my foresight was good for both of us. Although now I'm on the end of being dumped and working through how to navigate.

I made all these mistakes and now I'm blocked, I was strong at first with no contact and my ex is in the curious/concern stage, and after a month I called her on her birthday and begged and pleaded, we had a daughter and she is in the rebound and talking with different guys, we had a big fight prior to the break and our relationship is overall good, we live together for 2 years and we have 4 years together, even though I'm hurting right now, some part of me wants her because of my daughter but the disrespect and rejection made my heart froze.

I hope this works. She broke up with me back in the summer but continued to work at the same store as me so we were never apart and very hard to do no contact. She ended up blocking me a month ago to help me move on so I would't hear from her then last week she put in her notice she was leaving she asked to speak with me and told me that she still doesn't see a future but that she isn't over me yet but is seeing some guy who has his own place. That jumpstarted me me into getting first apartment and focusing on myself and I move in on December 2nd, I hope she sees that and maybe makes her potentially see a future now that I am not living at home and anyone could come over.

how to make them jealous. DONT, at least with another rebound relationship. Try working on yourself. Make art, workout, learn an instrument, travel somewhere, learn a sport, achieve some personal goal. This Makes them feel them fear of missing out which is wayy better as they do not think you are doing this on purpose. This might as well make you a better person.

Damn my ex left me because of her depression and she thought She was a burden to me and said that she was to broken and she also now blocked me on social Media. Been doing no contact for about a week and I didn’t even get to say a sorry text cause she just pushes me away. I feel like she thinks I’m being to needy but I’m just trying to be there for her.I ran in to her 2days a ago I didn’t say anything but I don’t know how I could even make her jealous at this point.
