Check your reed valve. If it’s still good put the carb back on spray brake cleaner in your inlet and try to start it. If the bike starts for a second and stops again then your carb needs work. Clean everything and poke every hole with a needle

I would like to make more videos of the fox but unfortunately he is not mine. but i may buy it soon. and then he is mine . you don't have to change the oil on a fox.

ik ben een Belg dus je mag gerust in het Nederlands sturen . zo te horen heb je een probleem met u vlotter naald . ik zou beginnen met de carbu te kuisen . dit is hoe ik hem zou kuisen . helemaal uit elkaar halen . en eerst alles ontvetten . dit kan je doen met rem reiniger . daarna leg je het lichaam van de carbu in witte azijn voor 1 uur . daarna alles goed afspoelen met rem reiniger en elk gaatje uitblazen met perslucht . wat ik altijd doe om zeker te zijn dat alles droog is verwarm ik de metalen delen van de carbu . vooral het lichaam goed opwarmen . dit doe ik met een verfafbrander . als je dat niet hebt is een haardroger ook goed . dan moet je de vlotter naald testen . dit is wat moeilijker omdat je wat ervaring moet hebben met hoe het moet voelt wanneer het goed is . de eenvoudige test is alles monteren behalve de vlotterbak . dan de carbu ondersteboven draaien darmpje verbinden en zeer zeer zeer licht blazen . hierbij moet je wat weerstand voelen . hier komt de ervaring goed van pas . als je niet zeker bent kan je gewoon de vlotternaald vervangen . dan ben je zeker . je kan ook gewoon uitkuisen en zo eens testen op de brommer .

Ik schat in dat je luchtschroef gewoon los is getrild. Als je het luchtfilter eruit haalt zie je twee messing schroefjes zitten. Draai het verzonken schroefje helemaal in en dan elke keer een halve slag uitdraaien en proberen starten en rijden. Zou het moeten verhelpen. Gewoon standjes van die schroef proberen tot de brommer weer mooi loopt.

het kan zijn dat je met een kleine carbu zit . die van mij is een 12mm . of het kan ook zijn dat je met een snor cilinder zit . neem eerst de carbu eens af en kijk hoe groot hij is .

Normaal via de papieren. Als het een a is dan kan het wel zijn dat je met een kleinere cilinder zit of een kleinere carbu

sometimes you have an rpm limit on the cdi . I myself have no experience with a limited CDI. but i would take a look at your carburettor setup. maybe you can go a little bigger there

Hahaha i had this problem too for my honda wallaroo i had the 25 km a hour version too been schearching for some years but found nothing i was happy too with 10 km extra but found nothing bro 😂so i decided to change to cillinder and the exhaust now its goes 80 km too fast for mee but yes 😂😭

not really . grinding for 5 minutes and making sure that the entire weld is gone. and then it falls out

I am using a Top Racing p10 crankshaft. I have not had any problems with it.

@@semke88 ok nice but do you think a standard krukas is also strong enough for a 65cc?

I think 15cc more than 50cc is not a big difference. so the standard will be able to handle it. they don't make the crankshafts at the limit of 50cc. they will always be stronger

there could always have been a mistake while making the crankshaft. an air bubble in the metal or an error during hardening. vibrations can also be a cause. your crankshaft may have been unbalanced. or your roller bearings may be worn, making it less smooth to turn. ignition that is set too early. it also depends a bit on where it is broken and how long it has been in there

the front fork of a peugeot fox is a real shit design. the fork is designed to rust. You can only make it work properly with proper maintenance. in my case this was not the case and therefore we had the same complaints as you. I tried to save the fork but it was hopeless.
