"Yu Lin Chi" is Chinese Fried Chicken with Sweet and Sour Sauce.🍗🇨🇳
It's really delicious.
◎Ingredients
・Chicken thigh: 300g
・Potato starch
Lettuce (if you like)
Seasoning for the chicken
● Salt and pepper
● Grated garlic
● Grated ginger
● Sesame oil
Sauce
◇Green onion: 1/3
◇Grated ginger: 1 tsp
◇Grated garlic: 1 tsp
◇Soy sauce: 2 tbsp
◇Sugar: 2 tbsp
◇Vinegar: 2 tbsp
◇Sesame oil: 1 tsp
◎Directions
1.Chop the green onion, and drain on paper towels.
2. Mix ◇ seasoning to make sauce
3. Cut the whole chicken with a knife, spread as flat as possible and cut it in half.
4. Add the ●seasoning and sprinkle potato starch.
5. Put about 5mm of cooking oil into a frying pan, put the chicken on a frying pan skin side down, and fry the chicken until it's cooked over medium heat.
6. Cut it into a bite size and end up with a final layer for sauce.
◎ TIP
・By removing the water from the green onion, the taste of the sauce will not be blurred and it will be more delicious.
・If you put enough potato starch on it, It'll be crispier and coated well in sauce.
・If you add chicken before the oil heats up, you can prevent undercooked and lost it's shape.
