I wrote in a journal exclusively for years and years and years and grew plenty. I still have a lot of those journals, too. I think we each have our own unique way of learning and growing and there's no right or wrong way to do it.

I like this… Im a visual learner as well. Plus writing down helps me (I’m a serious note taker) also I like how you said the Bible is our tool. I say it’s my workbook…… to get me home

I love reading my Bibles and taking notes as well I have a world bible school study edition journaling bible and 2 king James version Bible can I write in them both with a BIC Round Stic M pen Amen My friend 😊👋🙏🥰❤️

I happen to disagree with you about your handwriting...I think it is very pretty and neat! 🖋🙂 I’m so glad you made this video for us; even after all this time of watching your videos, I am just recently getting to the point of marking and making notes in my Bibles (I think 🤔 because I am finally learning how to LISTEN to His voice when I am reading!) in fact, my “word of the year” for 2021 is “LISTEN”! 😇 Your videos have helped me to grow so much in my love for the Bible. I can't afford these Bibles either. But I have saved up my money whenever I want a new one. I picked out the bible placed it in my cart than began working hard to get it. I've had to work overtime which was 16 hours days for 6days straight for 2 weeks. That was crazy hard but whenever I felt like quitting I look up my new Bible and I knew I would be super proud of myself whenever I achieved my goal. And I was every single time I wanted a Bible that was just TOO EXPENSIVE I never let that stop me. Where there's a will there's a way

Months ago, before COVID , I bought one of the Slicci pens on clearance at Hobby Lobby. After I arrived home and tried the pen, I drove from the country back into the city to buy the other pen they had on clearance. Although I knew it was amazing after I experienced it, I had no prior knowledge of this magnificent pen!

See!!! I know right!!?? I'm forever trying to get everyone to try them I know they will fall in love with it too. You can literally use it in every single Bible. It's trying amazing and... and it won't try out within a week or so. It will last you months. Just watch and see. ✍📖♥️

Thanks sis! Love how you write in your bibles, and you've certainly been an inspiration to me! I don't believe we have seen a flip through of the Green PTS bible, so that would be awesome! Also, I was hoping you'd open up the ESV PSQ to see how you marked in that one, as I'm tossing about whether to mark in mine. Love you sis, helpful video as always!!

I just recently purchased a 005 micron pen. .20 tip..EXTREMELY EXTREMELY tiny..ive not tried it yet but I bet it would be great for margin writing

They dry out too fast for me. I rather get my money worth. The micron pen cost too much for only lasting a few weeks. The pentel will last months like 4-5 and I take real notes soooo I've put them to test. Micron fail every single time. And I always try to give them a chance in different things such as my Journals & planner

Amen.... and their personal needs. I can't afford to pay $4 for single pen every week or so. If I had more money I bet I can get on that bandwagon for sure. But I'm poor so I gotta use what makes sense to me and will work amazing in my Bibles especially when they cost nearly $300 I worked crazy hard for ✍📖♥️

I know brothers of the Missionaries of charity established by Mother Teresa in my country. Most of them don't mark or write in their simple and only one bible but I think they know Jesus' teaching (bible) more than anybody because they totally commit themselves to the poor and the needy. They wake up at 4:00 am daily and work for them without air conditioner in summer and heater in winter etc.. Maybe because they know bible by heart and not by a knowledge. Jesus is completely in their heart. There are many way of learning God's words.

Amen. That's why God created each of his children to be different it would be so boring if we all learned the same study the same way etc. Some can obtain what they read from simply reading.... others have to work harder at it. And that's ok because we're all have the same goal.

I had no idea about Premium bibles myself until I saw Cat's videos about them. I ended up purchasing a Schuyler Quentel NASB imperial blue goatskin for $208 including shipping. One thing I found is like Cat said in her reviews, the pages, oh my they feel buttery soft and just draw you in. The bible feels like no other bible I have when in the hand. I'm a bible collector (though my collection is not as big as Cat's) and by far this premium bible is amazing. Everything about it from the smell to the look to the feel. As Cat says "oooo weee" just love it. Also my older daughter's name is Skylar, which helped me decide on this manufacturer verses some of the other in the premium lines. God bless.
