I found the exact same experience when using Team's webhook to use Tag mentions. I can mention users but just not Tags, however I use Powershell in some automation tasks and use JSON.
Is there a way of doing this only by using Adaptive cards? Either way, could you please show the code generated? I could not figure out how to perform things like Tag mention or channel "general" mention

is it possible to user power automate only to check the status of a user whether they are available or not? It looks like it would be a universal feature in power automate but i dont see a feature where you can check it
