How would you go about testing large batches of products in performance max? Given the time it takes to built out assets groups would you stick to maximize clicks for testing campaigns for example?

Thank you very much!! (from brazil 🇧🇷). In Portuguese and here there is almost no content about the performance max campaign, so I went looking around the world and found your video that helped me A LOT. A question: Do you think it's good to create several asset groups according to product categories? Example: one group with just a t-shirt, another with only jeans, another with only socks...If I were to do this, I would make about 20 groups, I don't know what to do at the moment🤔

My pleasure Diogo & welcome to my channel. Before creating all of the different asset groups I would start with 3-4 that way you can first see if the Performance Max campaigns will be profitable for your business. Aaron

Thanks for sharing these two optimisation methods. I’ve been running a P Max campaign for about two months. The creatives has been dragged using the google feed app on shopify. I can see googles AI boys have made some RU-vid videos etc. I’m keen to freshen up the creatives similar to what we do with Meta platform ads. Can you provide a video on how to go about doing that for PMax campaign? Thanks

I have a Pmax campaign that I've spent a considerable amount of money on and have allowed (arguably) more than enough time to perform to review results (1-2months), however, every asset is listed as N/A under the performance column. Have you experienced this?

How to analyze placement for performance max Campaign? Say Placement A is performing better compared to B and B, C and D are just consuming monetary and no conversion. Can we stop showing ads on those placements? Please let me know.

Respected Sir, I have been using remarketing lists for one of my client serving in healthcare in 5 different locations in manhattan, New York. Campaigns worked well both for search and remarketing lists. But after 2020, when Google updated Policies for not gathering user data in forms especially for healthcare all my ads didn't work well as we were using forms for data gathering. Furthermore, remarketing campaigns also started giving violations such as Cutomer Match Policies etc. Since you have recommended that Performance Max Campaigns can only be used when we have enough data and conversions plus these campaigns should only be used for re-engaging the audiences(formerly all my audience lists were disabled by Google due to serving in Healthcare industry.) Furthermore, my healthcare category didn't mean prescription of drugs or dealing with medicines, it was related to Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, and sports related injuries. Can you please recommend me how should I re-initiate my Ads again keeping in view the Google 2022 Policies? How should I inform Google that my business has nothing to do with Medicine Prescription etc. Your kind guidance will be highly appreciated!

When I try to do location bid adjustments for PMAX, I got the error "This operation is not allowed for the given context". I contacted the Google rep and they replied in an email with "As per the guidelines of performance max campaign you cannot add any bid level adjustments in the campaign". Has Google killed all optimization capabilities in PMAX?

For PM campaigns you need to go and edit your audience signal, the audiences you are talking might be custom audiences that I set in this account

@@AaronYoungGoogleAds in the video, you enlisted the best 3 audiences to use in Pmax campaigns, which are “adwords optimized list, all visitors (analytics) and similar to all users”. So, at the moment I tried to add this audiences in my pmax campaign the audiences similar and optimized didn’t appear. 🤷🏻‍♂️
