I would recommend fabric or acrylic paint with stencils. I've recently uploaded two videos on easy ways to make stencils. Paint markers will work on fabric depending on the color Im just not sure how vibrant and long lasting they will be

So typically people don't necessarily clean leather jackets like normal jackets (you can't put them in the wash and it is not smart to get them soaked). I usually just "spot clean" mine if I spill something on it and wash the liner (if it is removable), you can even deep freeze it to "freshen it up" (punks do this with their gear). Paint pens are definitely waterproof though, it takes quit a bit to intentionally remove them. Over time paint tends to fade, all you gotta do is go back over your art.

So this is an older video of mine. I currently use the "freezer paper stencil method" to put logos on leather. I have another video on my channel that goes into detail on making freezer paper stencils for making band patches but you can absolutely use it on leather jackets as well. I have never used sticker paper but that is a genius idea, if you do it please let me know how it goes

Hello, putting patches on leather jackets is not common but people occasionally do it. It is extremely difficult to hand sew patches on leather so I'd recommend using a machine with a leather needle(embroidery shops might also sew patches onto your leather jacket for a fee, I know bikers do this with their vests). If you do decide to put patches on your leather I would recommend going the professional route instead of hand sewing to save yourself a headache. Typically leather jackets in the punk scene are exclusively painted. Though I have seen some heavy metal leather jackets with embroidered patches nicely sewn on. Personally I do not put patches on my leather jackets, I save my patches for denim jackets and pants. I hope that helps

These are acrylic based paint pens. I prefer acrylic based paint pens over the oil based paint pens.

Hello! It is not necessary to seal painted logos on leather. They do last longer if you do seal them though, recently I've been using Angelus leather paint sealer to do this. I use "painters" brand paint pens. Amazon has them but any acrylic paint markers should work. I avoid oil based paint markers

No, they are waterproof. I recommend still spraying them with a clear coat to prolong their life

Yeah totally. FYI high floride white toothpaste on a wet rag will scrub off most paint markers. Touch it over with black acrylic paint to cover what's left
