The Palm Spin is an intermediate parkour/freerunning move. It's a great move to introduce acrobatics and spins into our movement . It can be performed on several surfaces (rails, ledges, walls, etc), great for developing control and body coordination. This move is also great to for developing your flow.
In this video Jonathan goes step by step on the technique of the Palm Spin . The hand and foot placement is key to perform this move successfully. It's also important that we focus on the positioning of the feet and hips as we perform the vault.
