Is the rump cap the same muscle group as the sirloin but just located further down the back of the cow? Cheers for a great video

I am different. The flavour is in the lipid so I never cut fat off. Never trim wagyu no 9 rump cap cook whole well salted rotisserie on lowest gas heat lid closed. You can trim after cooking when slicing. All the fat and connective tissue help to seal the meat and keep juicy.
