Rajan, that is by far the best video I’ve seen on pistol squats. Big thumbs up. I am 56, and I do a full range ATG squat with 80 kg on the bar. Haven’t been to the gym since march though. Doing a lot of unilateral leg work like lunge matrix, weighted bulgarian split squats, single leg weighted RDLs etc. I just have to do this now. Will start working on it and let you know when it’s done, even if it takes a year
@@AnimexTV all those guys have shitty forms. Rajan is an all round complete athlete with clean form and he can even instruct properly like a professional.

Sir ke legs machine se bhi zyada strong hain. jitne chahe utne pistol squat kar lete hain but no pain. This is the advantage of advanced calisthenic which sir have mastered.
