If we get individual chemicals of ammonia nitrate and potassium nitrate, should we take both of 35.5 gm separately

There's no equivalent substitute for these compounds of MS media but you can alter for eg, u can take some other chloride sources like NaCl and ammonium sources like ammonium nitrate and check.

Hello sir I just did my 12th and I'd always had intrested in recombinant organism..so as I was getting bored I took leaves of citrus lemon and psidium guajava and isolated their protoplast ...and I'd mixed those protoplast in a tube containing polyethylene glycol (peg) for protoplast fusion ...now in a day I see that there is something green brown colur mass or coagulate is formed ...can you tell me what it is or if it's a hybrid protoplast how to culture it

Im sorry,.i haven't done protoplast culture . I do not have practical exposure. Nevertheless u can read articles to know their culture conditions.
