I did a tacoma with the same damage in the fender and who ever repaired it before just repaired the top part and let the flare cover the rest of the damage. Nice work bro.👍
The truck is progressing really well Pharraway whoever repainted the vehicle last time must have been a right cowboy🤠 as even I can see that this isn't the way to get a good job done. You must have spent a lot of hours sanding all the old paint off the truck and used a lot of discs with it being a single stage so well done for sticking with it until the end👏🙏👍John UK
Another great video sir. Would like to see some tips for keeping dust down or how you clean out the dust before doing the painting piece of the job. This is something I’m struggling with currently with my home project.
Got a question for you! When sanding primer what is my window time to top coat it. I’m using TAMCO DTM primer. Thank you you’re doing a good job with that truck.
You shouldn't apply body filler to bare metal. You apply epoxy primer first, then the body filler. Moisture will get between metal and body filler and rust will develop. Otherwise, you do good work.
@@PHARRAWAY I use sealer after etching primer patching after the etching primer is done. Sand the body filler to a fine flat, Seal everything and sand prep it before paint. paint away. We each have been trained or develop our own habits, good or bad. And of course there are some that disagree, rightly or wrongly. Keep doing what you do bruh.
Always excellent work👍🏻 can you tell me what’s the difference in the walcom carbonio 360 and the slim combat and your opinion on the one you would buy if you were going to any info be nice thanks
