Hi Ellen great information very helpful indeed. Please could you show us how to print address labels from our contact cards ready for Christmas and birthdays?
Hi Ellen, I love your simple approach and calm voice in your blog. Quick question can you just scan in a form or like with the 1040 scan it in and use auto fill? Or does that form need to be built as a form for auto fill and not just a picture, I hope you understand what I’m asking.
Thanks Ellen you’re a great teacher. Am I correct in saying that many if not most of the features you demo assume that user has to be ok with using iCloud? I don’t store anything in the cloud for security. It would be helpful to explain which features are for everyone and which mandate using icloud.
Thanks Isabel!!♥️ iCloud is so ingrained in the Apple system I’m not sure how you can get away without using it for at least some of your data? May I ask how you transfer your data when you buy a new iPhone?
@@EllensTipsForiOS i backup to my MacBook and restore from there. I feeling it’s not even close to safe to have all my documents in the cloud - I applaud you for remembering to at at least pixel out your address info for the screen - but Apple has it all! In short yes it’s possible to turn off iCloud and never use it - I think notes is the only standard app I don’t use
Hi Ellen- enjoying your videos- I’m curious about using MS Office products on the iPad- the mobile versions seem to be missing quite a few important features that you would normally have on a PC- which makes using them very frustrating- always trying to find some feature in the menu bar only to find that it is missing! Any advice appreciated!
I have an iPad and iPhone. Neither shows My Card as per your video. Checked the App Store, looks like no update available. I’m in Canada, but that shouldn’t affect this functionality, or am I wrong?
