can you create a breathing during stressful scenarios? to be exact, when you are angry or in a conflict? i have panic attack, and a highblood pressure (I know, bad combo) plus, there are times that i became upset. I'm currently studying some of the breathing technique and thank you for giving us insights on how to do these techniques.

Hi you made a video about 478 technique awhile ago ,I just want to know if you can get the same effects as breathing out your nose instead of the mouth and why,sorry to bother you

Hi Weather J, breathing out your nose is the ideal technique to use for most situations and times, but breathing out of the mouth has different effects and benefits in certain situations. If you're looking for what you should be doing most of the time and in most situations, breathing out of your nose is ideal. Hope this helps!
