It's kind of hard to guess where the needles going to go if the truck is hot and running. The gas gauge can be put on while the car is off as well as the RPM needle. They will be placed in their home position. You can't just stick the needle on anywhere and expect it to find itself
You might have to call the cops on them or something 😂😂 just kidding. You might have to get a new Motors you can order them off Amazon or go to the junkyard and get the motors for the needles
i'm replacing the fuel gauge and oil gauge on my 1998 gmc suburban with another instrument clusters gauges but how do you remove the trip meter knob ?? I don't want to start twisting the knob and break something ..
what would cause the Speedometer to be slow when driving, i know i did something when i accidentally touched them, especially the Speedometer one, it doesn't react as fast when going 5 miles i have to be going a lot faster but it is the right Speed ?
Yeah, that’s freaking crazy. My next-door neighbor paid thousands of dollars a mechanic shop. She always goes to and I’ll tell her not to you ain’t gotta worry about your check engine light. We put everything new in your vehicle. They didn’t do nothing but take her check engine light completely out, when I looked at it and the orange tablets was gone bulb goes into it was three. It was only one and the seatbelt or something tell her to shop and she will anyways.

My question is WHY only sticker?? Its a hell of a lot harder to do that! Only way to take it off properly is to use heat to melt the glue, slowly pull up the backplate. Then use a really good degreaser / spray to get the residual glue off. Then u have to spray adhesive down. Put new backplate on. Oh.. and u had to pull the needles off!! U even said in ur video how easy it was to take cluster out. Why didnt u just take the esky cluster out, swap the odometer / trip from yours to that one. Never woulda had to touch the needles. U made it alot harder on yourself. Im not trying to bash u, ive got 2 of these obs gmt400s . But u definitely put more work into it here than u could have. And its still not calibrated rite. Your tach is off by at least 300 rpm, voltmeter is about 1 off. And most impt one your water aint no way it’s already at 210 just cranking it for 2 minutes . If it is u got alot biggr fish to fry.
