I feel like people are scared of you when you say you're burnout. They don't know how to talk to you.

But you can't just "pick yourself up". I have no energy. It is nothing can be forced back. My battery is damaged, it drains really fast and takes super long to charge. I have been like this for 7 months now.

@@zrax9064 Hey man, thanks for asking, it is much better actually 🙏🙏 Have much more energy now and I am going to start semi work one day a week. Which is much better than it have been before 🙏 So there is hope! 😊❤️🙏

@@elainebezak7158 ❤️ It is hard but for me it was a lot the anxiety and fear that was keeping me down. "Listen on your feelings but don't let them control you" was an advice from my doctor that helped me. And also "When you have anxiety and doesn't move or do anything, it will build up anxiety energy inside yourself. You have to release this energy in some way." And for me that have been walking and if I get anxiety before bed, I go up and try to run on the same place, to release the energy kinda. My doctor thinks that it is mostly anxiety for me now and I can believe fear and anxiety have been a big factor keeping me down. But this is just me, I recommend try to find a doctor that cares and actually wanna help you. Keep going, there is hope ❤️🙏🙏🙏

Subscribed. I JUST finished undergraduate biology and I'm starting my PharmD in one week. I want to keep my mental health where it is and I don't want to become who I was as an undergrad. I appreciate your video so much.

When I first hear work life balance was a myth I was like whaaaaaat? I still don’t think I understand that completely. Great video to encourage awareness!

I have the worst kind of burnout. If I gave the best effort in recovery with collagen supplements, diet, rest and got stress from out, could I recover fully in a year? Please help me I'm trapped 😱😤🧠
