Lakshmi andiappan yoga I agree .. yes Mam .. put a 1 hour of videos for women and men seperately according the problems related to gender .. for example ladies which help uterus , pelvis , side fat , butt , belly , arm thigh fat , diabetes , thyroid , back pain etc and for gents ... belly , diabetes , pressure etc 🙂🙂🙂🙂Thanks for your good effort 🙏🙏🙏

Hello mam, I'm impressed by watching your videos. I was married two years before and my age is 27 and husband age is 35 , trying for pregnancy due to pcod im not succeeding it. I have irregular periods taking treatments almost 1.8 yrs, my report is bilateral polycystic ovaries, I have taken bunch of tablets and no results. Please help me out. Your videos are good , very clear.... just want to ask, pls don’t take it in a wrong way. You must be doing these exercises and yoga continuously, but I feel you are little chubby and you have love handles too. Can you please explain??

you should have start doing ypga with in 3 to 6 months after delivery now you can reduce your tummy ut not zero size tummy
