How to remove a 1996-2002 4runner center console. Some of you asked how to get to the clock on a 3rd gen 4runner I had some time today to make a video how to do it. I also checked on why the clock isn't working not 100% sure as to what is going on might be time to just buy one.

Exact setup as my '98 4runner... Those cup holders...👎😆 Thanks for this video...way easier to pull apart in the Jeep, so this was helpful.

There's another video on RU-vid where the repairman showed how to reheat solder points (carefully) on the board. Apparently the solder cracks and loses connection. He just heated up the solder points and everything worked again.

Yup I can actually see the crack in the solder I got my soldering iron in the mail a few days ago. Probably do this repair soon

Yeah, probably need to remove the center console/armrest first, before removing the shifter bezel.
